Class 201 Unit 1002




























Close to journeys end is unit on a trip from Charing Cross , Unit 1002 is seen as it approaches Hastings on September 6th 1985.

This unit had a chequered career, as at one point it had been split up and became a 'Tadpole' unit and later a departmental unit.

The Motor cars became Departmental Unit 1066 and were scrapped in 1994 at Margam, South Wales, this is where this image was taken just weeks before being broken up
