In a joint venture with BR selected items of rolling stock running between Belfast and Larne and Stranraer and Glasgow were painted in “Sealink” livery to promote rail travel between the two cities.

This is NIR’s set leaving Greenisland for Carrickfergus.

The railcars have been scrapped, the line re-laid and re-signalled.

This platform is now used by Belfast-bound trains.

The face on the right is not in use. Oil-lit tail lamps are also a thing of the past.
