8099 on the East Lancs Railway

8099 has been purchased by the East Lancs Railway but unfortunatly only for spares for 207202.

Since these shots were take the engine has been removed and it has been placed on standard gauge bogies, the intrior has also been stripped and is now used as a store for the Class 15 group
